I’m a Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about tending to people navigating the effects of complex trauma on their lives.  I understand that difficult life experiences can have a tremendous impact on one’s self-concept, relationships and ability to achieve their life goals. About Me

My Approach

I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate the lasting effects of complex trauma. I understand how deeply difficult experiences can shape your sense of self, your relationships, and your ability to move toward the life you want. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered in your healing. My approach is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, culturally aware, person-centered, and strengths-based. I integrate somatic work and mindfulness practices alongside talk therapy, helping you reconnect with your body, build insight, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
